Can many people be submitting forms to me via the same form on my site at same time?

I love your forms! My client is concerned about glitches popping up if many separate users try to submit a form via our website at the same time (i.e., they'd be using same form link). I don't think this would be an issue, would it? The form will allow users to upload up to 8 meg pdfs to a DropBox folder.

    Hi,

First, that is a good question.

    Now for the answer :)

A great thing about each jotform that you create using JotForm builder is that every time you do so you will be creating jotforms backed up by powerful servers all around the world.

What this means for you is that it does not matter how many users try submitting the jotform in the same time our servers are ready for it. In reality there are thousands of people submitting jotforms on the same server in the same time and no one sees any difference or experiences any issues because of that.

Our technicians are there to take care of that so that you do not have to. :)

The only thing that you should keep in mind is the space limit offered by the Free package. Please note that even if you connect DropBox, you will still have the same file on our servers that you will need to remove in order to not go over 100MB - I am only mentioning this because you say 8MB pdf files, which means that about after 13th file you will be at your limit.

If you have any other questions, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to reply.

    Best Regards,
    Ben
