how to be sure ( track ) than the forms always appear on the page ?

Hi 

Sometime , your form doesn't appear on the page , it is not a frankly problem let say 1 time on 10 , we have to reflesh the page to see it ( the message is waiting for jetform.me ) it is very problematic we can lose one lead on 10 , (and we took a top hosting provider) 

Is there a solution : 

-  Premium hosting ( cost ) 

- or Inside OUR hosting ( cost ) 

- apps to track the form visibility ?
