How can you resend the approval request email if the approver can't find it or deleted it on accident?

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that you want to resend the approval request email. Here's how to do it.
1. Go to your Inbox
2. Click the three dots and click Edit
3. Click Submit
On the same Inbox page, the status will show in Progress which means that the approval flow has restarted. Notifying the approver to Approve or Deny.
