Can you please give us a bit more details on what you wanted to do or what was your question?

Sorry, I thought it was the search field, my bad. I was having issues embedding my form in my Facebook page but now it's been solved. Maybe this can be helpful to others:
When I tried to embed my form using Chrome as my browser I got a blank page after I hit the "Ad jotform tab" button. When I tried using Internet Explorer I got an error message. When I used Maxthon, it worked perfectly! I don't know the reason but that was my experience.

I am sorry to hear that you had issues with Chrome and IE. Could you please tell me what was the error message that you got in IE? At that point you should have been taken to Facebook page to authorize JotForm.
Yes, that cloud browser works quite good in many instances :) I prefer Firefox, but use Maxthon on occasions as well.
Thank you for giving the details of how you managed to embed the jotform on Facebook.
I would like to add that this link is a great place to find info about integrating jotforms with Facebook Adding Form to Facebook Pages.
