I had a form from the free account on my website without realizing that it only allowed two submissions a month. I hit that limit last night and so followed the link in the e-mail and paid the fee. Do I need to replace my free form or will it continue to allow submissions after the deadline I was given? Thank you.

Thank you for upgrading your account. I can see that your account is currently active and upgraded to a Premium account. There should be no other actions needed on your end. Your form will continue to work and you will continue to receive submissions from your clients.
