Calculations field does not calculate maked input widget

In this form, the calculations field at the very bottom does not add the 4 fields it is supposed to.  In fact it does nothing.

It is because that widget is not yet supported with the calculation.

You may however use regular textbox fields and use commaSeparate function in your calculation so large numbers are automatically delimited with commas.
