Thank you settings side panel works incorrectly

    Hi - 

    I am trying to edit the thank you page on my client's form: https://form.jotform.com/222409268721052.

    I can't seem to add any text, and when I upload the image, which is .png 1000x600, all I get is this tiny image. Also, something is odd with the interface when trying to remove or upload a new image. Also, clicking to use an existing image doesn't work. I have cleared my form cache. Can you please help?

    Hello Darcie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Uploading the image will reduce the image size. I suggest uploading the image through the URL. In my sample below, I copied the Image Address of the welcome page and paste it into the Thank You page image URL.

    Hey - Please don't change the subject line of my questions.

    Your response makes no sense. I have never had this issue before and you have a problem with this thank you page on your platform. My other form now has my logo broken.

    Why can I upload it just fine on the welcome page and I can't on the thank you page?

    Last, I don't want to use the welcome page image. The image I want to use is different.

    Please let me know when these issues will be fixed on the platform. Thank you.

    This is the other form that now has an issue: https://form.jotform.com/222409268721052 with broken image and also same problems with replacing the image at a normal size or even at all.

    On the first form, and the second, the side panel isn't rendering properly - upload image is part hidden and I no longer have the option to replace the image with one of the other images I have uploaded previously.

    Hi darcie.vaughan,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. I cloned your form and I was able to reproduce the error. The option to replace the image of the Thank You page is not showing.

    I have escalated this ticket to our Developer Team. As soon as we hear from them, we will get back to you in this support ticket.

    Also, I can't use a different image. When I click on 'use selected', nothing happens.

    Hello,

    Your image looking small is due to the height restrictions we put on Thank You card images, they are resized to 90px in height automatically, since your image includes a thank you text, that is making the image look small. You can upload an image that only includes the logo and then write your text directly inside the card.

    We will update you on the problems regarding the side panel's functionality.
