Receiving spam submissions: How to stop it? - Receber submissões de spam: Como parar com isso?

Prezados, bom dia. Tenho recebido centenas de spams diariamente, apesar de ter colocado o código de segurança em meu formulário. Como devo proceder para acabar com isso? Vejam abaixo um exemplo do que recebo diariamente:

I see that you have added 2 captchas on your jotforms in order to stop this, this is however what I would suggest to do as well.

Add the email verification widget to your jotform and make it required. This will require anyone submitting the jotform to verify the email that they have entered.

Now if you see that the same email is used to spam you, then you can tell us and we can help you setup conditions that would not allow this email or provide you with alternatives that would help you to achieve the same.

Now instead of having 2 captchas it might be more interesting to your users to see something like this: Tic Tac Toe - Verification widgets
