Major pain getting form fields to left

I've set the form fields to left of input box, moved them on top, back to the left, hit shrink, expand, increased page width, decreased field size - nothing it changing it - yet earlier I had 3 of these fields in a row?

'email' and 'phone' are the culprits here.

Any suggestions please?

Trying to find ways to make the form visually better.

Please Ignore - Built new form seems to be working so as far as I need my issues is resolved.
