my surveys on 2 different websites aren't showing up all of a sudden

Is there an issue with JotForm? It doesn't look like it, because it seems to be working on my clients 2 sites. But the forms are missing from the pages on my 2 websites (which are within the same jotform account.)

They were all working fine. But now none of the pages have the form. But when I look at the backend in WP, and click on text, the code is still there. Not sure what the issue is.

I see that the account is auto-suspended by our anti-phishing system which is strict to scan each form to calculate the probability of phishing activities. I have verified your forms and they seems to be normal and clean. I have reactivated your account and you should be able to see your forms now. Sorry for the trouble caused.
