Form located at http://www.e-letterhead.com/realty/vbc/ordernow.html works in Chrome & FireFox but returns ERROR message in IE8.
Form WAS working before but no longer. We added a $50 off "Coupon Code" (code is OPTIN) but, even without entering Coupon Code, form does not work. When we enter Coupon Code, it returns a "Valid Coupon" under the code field (but does NOT change amount as it does in Chrome and FireFox) AND when you submit form, ERROR code returns. So, form does not work with or without entering the Coupon Code???
Form DOES work fine in Chrome and FireFox.
Fix??? We need to be able to have the "Coupon Code" work in all browsers, especially Internet Explorer as that is the most popular browser.
We have a large ad campaign WAITING to go out but can't until and unless this issue is resolved.
Please help ASAP.

So far I was not able to replicate the problem using Windows 7 and IE8 browser.
Can you tell us what Operating System(OS) you were using? Maybe that is the difference.
Also in your screenshot, I noticed an Error on page message on the lower-left portion of the browser, while when I did the test on my end, I ddi not see that error message on the IE8 browser I was using.
Try checking what was the error about was, perhaps it will help us identify the caused of error.

The computer I was testing on is running Win7 with IE8. I think the problem may be with IE8 on this computer. After receiving your message below, I tested on another computer and although it is running Win7 and IE9, the form worked fine. Then tested on a Mac, iPad, iPhone, and Android and form worked fine.
Going to do a cold re-boot on the machine running IE8 and see if that corrects issue. If not, I'll reinstall IE8 and see if that resolves problem.
