    Hi hpeevents,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can extend your plan for another month however, please note that Jotform is a subscription-based service and the plan shall be renewed automatically. Since you want it only for one month, you need to cancel the subscription before your renewal date so that your account will not automatically renew and get charged.

    Please ensure my subscription for silver plan is only a monthly plan and not an annual plan, as your system is not user friendly, please refund $466 as we want to continue with the silver monthly plan - $49 but not the annual plan. Make sure our monthly plan should be extend auto renewable without any failure.

    Hi hpeevents,

    Thank you for your reply. After checking, your active subscription is Silver Monthly Plan, your subscription will be automatically renewed every month, please make sure that the card you have used will always have sufficient funds so that the auto-renewal won't fail. As for your request for refund, I have forward it to the respective team and will get back to you as soon as I get an update.

    Hi I haven't got my refund back. Please can you update me regarding the as it's been so long i have been waiting for the refund.
