Good Morning,
I have just received notice that I am exceeded my views allowed. I realized the reason for this is the views are coming on a form that is being used in kios mode. I was wondering what triggers the view counter. We leave the device set-up with the form waiting for people to submit the form. I am wondering if someone starting the form and walking away is triggering the view counter.

Greetings,
Thank you for contacting Jotform Support. I understand that your account says that you exceeded your view limit. This should not be a problem with your account since you have a lot of limits available. I've recalculated your account limit. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
Please consider logging out and then logging back into your account again.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
