JotForm's free or basic plan is good for a lifetime use. However, it has a quota (100 submissions, 100 MB upload space, 10 SSL and payment submissions) that when reached, makes your account disabled. When that happens, you have two options to reactivate it. You can upgrade to any of our paid plans or just wait for the very first day of the succeeding month to reset your counters. Be reminded that 100 MB upload space is not included in the reset.
