How do I add decimal places to the "number" field type?
Great feature by the way.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to Set Up the Configurable List Widget

Unfortunately I do not see this as being possible to do for the configurable list widget: number field.
If you use spinner tool that is the same as the one on configurable list you will be able to set the stepping of it to 0.1.
I will however make this as a feature request for our developers. This way they will update you once this becomes possible to do.

Thanks, Ben. I look forward an update and will look to use the spinner for now.

I have opened a ticket to our developers and they will update you thought this thread once it becomes possible to set it up to show decimal places.
In the mean time if you can tell us what you want to accomplish we might be able to offer another approach instead of configurable list, next to spinner widget (found under Survey Tools)?

Hi, I just want to let you know that we updated the widget to support 'spinner' like for the number field. You can even use decimal values now.
Here's a sample format for the number field in config list
Label: number : Hint Text : step, min, max
step - can be a floating number ( with decimal )
min - can be a floating or negative number
max - can be a floating or negative number
(all of these are optional just like the Hint text)
Please make a test and let us know if the new updates works from your end.

To give way to the owner of this thread and his/her ticket, I will have to move your concern to a separate thread. Please see it here. We will attend to it shortly.
