I am getting the same issue. I think it has to do with the SSL Certificate associated with the JotForm dite being registered in a different name to jotform.com. A recent upgrade of browsers will now show a error message if this is the case. Jotform really need to attend to this, I hope.

Yea Same Here No SSL Form And My Embedded Form Are Not Working Either!!!

SSL on the forms have been temporarily disabled. Due to the
several DDOS attack we had to change the DNS IP addresses.
We are working on having all functionalities back to normal as
soon as possible. Jotform.net can be used until the DNS
cache on your end has been cleared.
