Putting sub labels and hover text on the form fieldAsked by MATTHEW FOX on October 11, 2014 at 10:06 AMCustomers will fill in their information in text boxes. I want to explain what to put in the boxes, is it possible to have a question mark above the box and customer puts their cursor over question mark and an explanation of what goes in text box appears?
I understand that you want to put an information or a hint that will help the user to answer the form fields properly. If that's the case then you can add "Sub Label" on a text-box. You can also put a "Hover Text" on the form field.
This should be the result.
Hope this helps. Let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you.
In the hover text is there a maximum amount of words can have?

I am not sure how many characters you can put, I think there is pretty much no limit, please check my example form here.
If you have another question non-related to this one, please open a new thread, we will be glad to assist you.
