Test Paid plans before purchase

    Hello,


    I reached out multiple times about this but I was testing out Jotform before I purchase but the api I created on the free account is not working properly and I have reached out the api team by filled out the form and submitting 2 times I havent gotten a response.


    How do I know this wont happen if I purchase?
