how can I set a fixe value of the $ according to my currency

Please, would you help me? I'm trying in vain to set a fixe value of the dollar accordingly to the currency of my country. The rate of $ changes every time and it may cause me trouble if I can't stabilise a fixe rate.

I do apologize, but I am not sure if I understand exactly what you want to do. Can you please give us the link to the jotform where you are trying to set this up?

Also, I would like to ask you if you wanted to have a hidden field where you would enter your exchange rate in between your local currency and USD?

What would this be used as? I presume that you would need that to make the calculations for the payment processing widget, or do you need it for some other kind of purposes.

I hope that you do not mind these questions, but they will help us to understand what you want to accomplish and help you set it up like that or as close to that as possible.

I'm a physical goods reseller. I purchase them in USD. So, to  avoid supriseful changes  of USD rate, I want to base my calculation on a fixed rate between my currency and USD. Yes, I need that to make the calculations for payment processing thru all my Jotforms settled for physical googs. Please.

Hi,

You can use Currency Converter widget: http://widgets.jotform.com/widget/currency_converter. This is powered by Yahoo Finance so the rates are updated. This is the only closest option that you can do to your form to have the actual rate. Then you can manually input the total amount in the calculation boxes.

If not, you can adjust your prices - a little bit higher than the usual rate. I think this should work. Let us know your thoughts.
