My first try at this, so set up email alerts and no matter what I do it wants to send the email to email@example.com
There is no such email or url. I'm trying to send to Info@AncestryResearchServices.com
What am I doing wrong?

Please review this user guide on how you can Change were Submission Notification Email is being sent.
The Recipient E-mail value is where submission email are being sent.
So, in your jotform Notification E-mail, you need to change the value of Recipient E-mail to that of the email address you prefer.
