I have a rate book that i need to add to a drop down on a limo form, so customers would be able to select their city/town to see the rate that apply to them. It has some complex calculation as a stop or more might apply.

Here in below is how fields would look like (thousands of them)

customer needs to select a City/Town and Sedan or SUV + stops

I tried the Dynamic Drop downs but will require hours of work and its limited to 2000 characters.

I really don't know how would i make it in an easy way that would reflect from the Pick-Up/Drop Off address that the customer will type in the Geo Complete widget Or just make it a selection from a drop down only!

    please advise if possible,

    Hi ahmedaallam,

I can see what you mean. As far as I can see here, the Dynamic Dropdowns Widget will help you a lot compared to manually putting conditions on each item. I know that Dynamic Dropdowns are limited to 2000 characters only. If you like, you can just split the dropdowns into 2 or 3.

    Hi Jan,

Thank you so much, I will try it and see but do you think conditions can apply to match city/town and/or zip codes between geo complete widget and the Dynamic Dropdown or I should create a hidden table that would match the city/town that customers type in Geo Complete widget to send the price from the table to another field for calculation, so they pay by credit card that price?

    please advise,

    Hi ahmedaallam,

If you are using the geo location, you can probably use the condition feature. Although, you will need to find the same location with the same prices, and you will need to enter a lot of them.

In my case, I use Adamston and Allaire going to Manhattan using a SEDAN, fixed price of $198.

    1. If the Pick-Up location has the words Adamston or Allaire AND the Drop Off location contains the word "Manhattan", the Total field will output $198

    2. I applied it on my end, and you will see a sample output below.

To lessen the text you need to enter, you can find similar places with the same prices, or you can categorize them. I hope this helps. If you need further assistance on this, let us know.

    Thanks.
