Gift Registry Widget not loading in Internet Explorer and Firefox

    Hello,

    My ongoing saga to complete my booking form for Treehouse festival Eco building event is coming to an end! I have just a couple of issues-

    Firstly - In Firefox and internet explorer Gift Registry Widget will not load (ive left it for 20 minutes and still hasnt), If you refresh it does work but, i cant expect my visitors to know to refresh.  Is this a bug in Gift Registry?

    Secondly - Ive got a lot of conditions in this form, and X can be Identical to Y, but X works and Y doesnt (for example only 30% of the time does the "weekend ticket (Fri-Sun)" add money into the calculation. )  Then ive got a similar issue (which might be me missing something), if you add Wednesday (in choose days) it adds £12 as required, but then when you choose "Go Karting" it takes the previous number away and adds the value of Go Karting (£6) - why is this?  Else where it works and the rules and conditions are exactly the same (apart from the price difference).

    Lastly, and its not essential, can i change the text size on Gift Registry?

    Hi tomorrownight,

     

    Thank you for reporting to us. I tried cloning and checking your form in Firefox and IE8, I was able to replicate your issue. 

    Google Chrome

    Mozilla Firefox - Although while the the options are selected, when you refresh the page, widget will appear.

    Internet Explorer 8

     

    I will create a ticket for this issue so our developers can take a look at it. We will notify you on this thread once an update is available.  Thank you for you patience.

    Hi,

    Sorry for the inconvenience. There is no update yet regarding this issue. Our developers are still working on it. I already sent them a detailed information about the issue. The current status of this ticket is "Important".

    Tested with all browsers - including IE8+
