How to change the thumbnail Image.

When I send someone the link to my form, can I edit the preview image that appears? Currently it's the jotform logo.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the thumbnail in a Classic Form layout. I would suggest to use our Card Form layout first and once the changes has been made, return it back to Classic Form. Check out my screencast to see my result:

1. In your Form Builder, go to your Form Designer and select layout tab.

2. Click Card Form. Then, go to welcome page.

3. Remove Jotform Logo and upload your Logo.

4. Go back to Classic Form Layout.

Note that the changes can take up to 10-20mins. Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
