My form keeps crashing when clients try to upload files/pictures

Every time a client tries to upload a picture, the form resets and brings you to the first page. Ive cleared the cache, cloned the original form and deleted the file upload widget and re-uploaded it, but it’s still crashes on mobile.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and I found that you only have one form that I can clone and test. However, it doesn't give me the option to upload a photo. Can you provide the URL of the form you are referring to?

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
