Email Verification: Unauthorized access

    My daughter's school has requested that I upload photos to a Jotform and indicates that I can check on its status by creating a login. However, when I try to create a login, I receive and "Unauthorized Access" message.

    I have tried two different emails with the same issue.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Can you please make sure that you are not logged in to any other Jotform account before you click on the verify email button from the email verification that you received? Please go to this page first and make sure you're not logged in to any Jotform account yet.

    In case there's an account that is currently logged in, please log it out, here's how:
