Can you please be more specific? So far, your account is scheduled to be downgraded in Oct 16. , so, on that day your account will get back to free.

Thank you. That is what we need for now. When we are re-organized we will change back. We need to preserve the existing forms for now.
I would appreciate your confirmation that our forms will not disappear?

Your Jotform will just be downgraded to FREE, but your form will not be removed nor deleted. You will just have a lower limit for regular or payment submissions and upload limits compare to paid version.
