'Invalid Form URL' warning on *language*.jotform.com sub domain form linksAsked by flanby507 on October 13, 2014 at 12:19 PM
Invalid Form URLThis form is not available for this domain.
http://www.jotformeu.com/form/33497307948367That's what I get on my web site! with all my forms! When I click on the purple link then the forms appear and they work properely.... all i frame codes are right! Can you help! I'm desperate....
Thank you for contacting us.
It seems that you used a http://french.jotform.com/ address to access the site and get your form codes. But it appears that mentioned JotForm address is not configured to provide correct form codes. I will escalate a ticket about this issue to our Development Team.
In the meantime, please use either http://www.jotform.com or http://www.jotformeu.com to access the site and get your form codes. You will need to get the fresh iFrame codes for your forms and use them on the website.
This is now fixed.
Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns. However, I still recommend updating your form's domain to use jotformeu.com.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
I was just told that nobody should be using the domain french.jotform.com when embedding it on a website. So what you can do is get the fresh iFrame codes for your forms and use them on the website as stated by Mike_T above.
Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
