Trouble with Mutiple Conditions

I am trying to set Multiple Conditions on my form.  I'm asking for the  Number of  Vehicles 1,2,3, or 4. If answered #1  the questions for Vehicle 1 should show. If # 2 then the questions for Vehicle 1 and 2 will show. etc.

I tried the suggestions you gave other people but now my question " Number of Vehicles"  is not showing up on the form when I test the page. Please help.

Your conditions look good, and there is a very minor fix required. Please remove the 'Number of Vehicles' field from the Show Multiple action of the next condition.
