hi,
just got an email to say we got downgraded, however on 22/08/2014 we paid for a whole year in advance.
It's coming up to our busiest time of the year (October half term) and I would be very grateful to have our online bookings back online.

Hi Resi,
I think that's because your monthly subscription which is already cancelled overrides the yearly one. Anyway, you should be all set now.
