Hi, I've created a form but I keep making mistakes, and making changes I'm not looking to make.
I want to send the form via email. Can you tell me how to do that?

I understand that you want to send the created JotForm through email to your customers. You can send the JotForm through email from Form Embed Wizard that can be accessed from Setup & Wizard > Embed Form.
and then choose Email from the list of the options
Now, the wizard prompts to provide From and To email addresses, Subject and body content.
After filling the necessary information, click on Send Email.
