I am having the same problem reported by others in the forum. As of this weekend, not all form submissions are ending up on my Google spreadsheet...about 1 in 3 are missed. Help!Page URL:

I see that this jotform is on the page that you have given the link above http://www.jotform.ca/form/42334710299253
I presume that this is the same form that had these issues.
I will now raise this to our developers so that they can take a look at it, but what I would like you to do is to let us know which submissions did not pass through. This will be of help to our developers to pinpoint the time or anything other that could tie them all together.
Also do you know when this started to happen - on Saturday?

I apologize, I just remembered something that might help you. I think that it might be good to remove the integration and clear your jotform cache followed by re-integrating to Google Spreadsheet and if you still continue to have the same issue our developers will take a look at it and see what else could be the issue.

Thank you so much. It did start on Saturday. The form responses that didn't end up on the spreadsheet are those sent at the dates/times below. I thought there was a submission ID# I could refer you to, but I can't seem to find it anywhere (except on the google spreadsheet, which of course isn't working for these particular responses).
2014-10-14 10:47:17 (this one and the one directly above were from the same person)
2014-10-14 15:19:20 (same deal...both this submission and the one at 13:53 are the same person)
Does that help?? If there's any way I can avoid removing and reintegrating the spreadsheet, that would be lovely. By doing that, all previous changes/edits are lost (i.e. deleted duplicates, etc) and I'd have to go through re-formatting the spreadsheet so it can be exported into our membership database (which is annoyingly time consuming).
Thank you again very, very much.

Thank you for letting us know about the submissions.
I have just now cleared your jotform cache then and we can see if that helps. Usually the best combination is clearing the cache and re-integrating.
If it does not work do let us know and our developers will take a look at what could be causing this.

You are fantastic - thanks again. Crossing my fingers that it's the magic fix!

On behalf of my colleague, you are welcome.
Do get back to us if the issue persists.

It's still happening :( The submissions sent at the following times didn't appear on the spreadsheet:
2014-10-15 09:48:24 (she also submitted a form yesterday that wasn't integrated)
The typed-in answers on both these forms contain ampersands...could that be a problem??

I am sorry to hear that the issue is still present.
I would also need to ask you to please try following the steps mentioned above as that would be what our developers would mention as well to try first:
When you remove the integration you should not need to edit/remove the Google spreadsheet, just reconnect to the same one.
Now since you say that you have removed some of the entries in the Google spreadsheet, can you please tell us how did you remove them?
Before reintegrating, I would suggest creating a backup of your current Google Spreadsheet, just in case as it might help you with the entries to quickly match them against what should be or not in there.
I presume that there is a reason why you did not remove the submissions from the jotform's submissions? If there is no particular reason, you could remove them from within submissions so that they are not recreated for you in a spreadsheet each time.
Please let us know how this goes.
