Jotform-Zoho CRM API addition to automate emails within Zoho

    Hi there,

Could the developers add this line of code to the API for the Zoho CRM integration?

    "wftrigger = true"

I was told to also ask this:

"Ask the plugin developer if they are pushing leads with any specific lead source as well, to differentiate their leads from the others in Zoho CRM.

If yes, set the same as criteria in the workflow you created in Zoho CRM as well."

This line of code was given to me by their engineers and is needed for automatically emailing out to leads that are created via the Jotform-Zoho CRM interface.

    Thanks much

    Yann

    Thank you for contacting us.

I have attached a feature request ticket to this thread about the trigger workflow option ("wftrigger = true") implementation for our Zoho CRM integration. There is no ETA, but we will let you know once we have any updates.

Yes, you can forward a custom lead source with the Zoho CRM integration. We will provide instructions via the next thread:

Thank you for that... how long do you think this might take?   Seems like an easy addition to the API and would make the Jotform/Zoho integration even better.

We love both products and your customer service, so hopefully we can see this little addition added soon..

    Thanks much

    Hello ymatthew,

Unfortunately we cannot provide any ETA on this. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from our back end team on this feature request.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

It's been almost a month since I asked if you could add this little addition to the Zoho API you guys have, but I have still not heard anything in return.

There are very useful actions that can be done if the API has that command in it which I cannot do at the moment.

I'm not sure why this is a big deal or complicated to do, but please let me know ASAP.  We love this form plugin but as we grow we need it to be able to work with our CRM how it should.  We are currently forced to do lots of manual tasks which could be easily avoided and be automated.

    Thanks,

    Yann

    Hello Yann,

It not the question of complication of the feature but it actually depends upon the priority of our back end team. They do have several task at hand and they prioritize the work based on the severity f the bug/requirement.

We cannot provide you any ETA on when this feature will be added but we will keep you posted on any development.

    Thank you!

    Hi,

This is now available. Simply select "Yes" from the "Trigger Workflow?" option in our Zoho integration wizard.

    Cheers!
