Hi - I need to change an existing JotForm but the "Forgot Password" utility isn't recognizing my e-mail address. I know that the e-mail address is registered since I am still getting form submissions on that account. Please help!

We had to change the DNS IP addresses because of DDoS attack. The old
IP address is probably cached on your end. Until your DNS cache is cleared:
1. Use www.jotform.net to access your account
2. Use form.jotform.com to link to your forms.
