We got an error message "Unable to Connect..." when the Contact form is submitted

    Hi crvg,

    I noticed that in the source code of your website the embed code used
    for jotform is the following: http://jotform.net/jsform/12331723154
    Can you please change it to http://form.jotform.com/jsform/12331723154
    instead.

    You will also need to login to your jotform account and re save the
    form to update the form action so that submissions go through and does
    not timeout.

    Hi crvg,

    I tested the form on your website and the submission
    was successful the captcha field is also displayed.
    You should see 1 new submission once you login to your jotform account.
    In addition I checked the form action url and it has already been updated.

    Have you tried clearing the cache and cookies of the browser
    or do a flush dns?
