Issues with jotform

    Hello,

    I work for SDI Marketing and we have been trying to fix our Jot Form account for weeks now and it is not working. We put $120 on the account and it still is not working. I was looking for a number to call.. BUT THERE ISN'T ONE ANYWHERE!!! One of my colleges also tried reaching out and did not receive a response.

    I just heard of this new survey website called Survey Monkey.. maybe they have a number I can call??

    Hi Duncan,

    I am not sure what you mean by putting $120 on the account? From what I see your email is associated with a free account "dcameronsdi" and both jotforms are working properly.

    Please give us the username of the account with the issues and tell us the exact jotform and what you are experiencing and we will be glad to assist you.
