I now get "502 Bad Gateway - cloudflare - nginx" error message at jotform.com when I tried to login. Also, when I try and submit a form which I sent out to multiple clients, I get the same Bad Gateway message.Do I need to do anything on my computer to fix this? Should I alert my clients to do something different? I sent out two very important surveys on Friday and am now getting emails from clients saying they are getting error messages when they try to submit form.Thank you for your assistance

Can you please post the url of the site where we can take a look at the
form and view the source to trace where the error is coming from.
