On my form https://www.jotform.com/build/222798330299063 Missing Reports and within the Approvals I'm trying to set up https://www.jotform.com/workflow/222798473122157/build I am trying to make the email that is sent to be attractive and so I added a Paragraph Element to the original form and had that pull the form fields so it looks good, unlike when you recall dropdown menus in emails, but now I cannot pull the form field for the paragraph, it doesn't exist in the list when I try to make email for the approval.

    Hi itimaginglogs,

Thanks for reaching out to us for help. Please note that you can only select an email field under the approver email settings in the Approval Flow.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

In the Approval flow set up you can email the person you want to approve a
personalized message. In the settings at the bottom you can EDIT this
email. You can bring in form fields here. For some reason, my PARAGRAPH
element won’t show up as an option tj be brought in. Y’all have this ugly
form field set up when you bring in a dropdown menu input that it’s in a
colored box and it looks silly. So I just created the email I want in a
paragraph in the form itself and that element nicely pulls the other form
fields into it and it looks like normal typed words so I figured I’d just
select that paragraph element for the email but ALAS it’s not an option.

    Hi itimaginglogs,

Thnaks for patiently waiting. Unfortunately, paragraph field will not appear automatically as it is not a fillable field. What we can do is to copy/paste the paragraph field into to regular notification emails. Check screencast below:

Give it a try and reach out again if you have any other questions.

    Hi Hi itimaginglogs,

Additional to the email that I have sent. If you don't want to add the part of the paragraph on the notificaiton. I would suggest to turne on the PDF attachment on your form. I'll walk you through setting that up:

Here is how to configure it:

    1. While you are in the Form Builder, open Settings from the top navigation.
    2. Click the Emails tab on the left to configure the email settings for your form.
    3. Hover on the Email Notification and click on the edit (pen) icon.

    5. Enable the PDF Attachment option.

The issue is that when I pull the fields directly into the email they are all dropdowns and it looks very unattractive, it would be great if you could get rid of that look, I can't imagine anyone wanting their email to have a random boxed text in it.

I think I'll just have to create a bunch of hidden short text fields and then pull those in. Pain in the ass though.

This is what an email looks like when I get it, it looks ridiculous!

    Hi itimaginglogs,

Unfortunately, it's not possible to remove the colored padding of the Dropdown and Multiple choice elements in the email. You can follow the steps in the workaround I provided in this ticket.

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
