Many of my forms are not working, please help

    Can you post the URL of one of your forms that do not work?

    This is happening probably because your browser still caches our old IP addresses, and even though you look at the form with jotform.net domain, it still submits to www.jotform.com. We have just done a solution for that. We made the forms point to a new sub domain we created (submit.jotform.com). It might have fixed it on your end. Please give it a try.
