I went into the section of my profile where I can update my password. When I did it, I got an error message. Now I can't log in under any password.

In order to create a new password, please go to jotform.com and look for the login button.
Click on it and click on the “Forgot Password” link.
It will ask for your username or email address for the registered account.
Please enter that information and you should get an email with instruction for resetting your password.

I wish these people would would quit screwing around with things that don't concern them. LIKE passwords
