    After the migration (which went smoothly and was painless), all the links changed. If you have links to your forms embedded in messages or website, it is necessary to update all the links.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry but I couldn't quite understand your inquiry. Did you recently enable HIPAA on your account and the links to your forms got changed, now that it's changed the embedded forms on your site are not working now? If this is the case, could you please try re-embedding the form into your site?
