I cannot download multiple entries.

    I cannot download multiple entries.
    It always downloaded the first file I selected, even if multiple entries have been selected.

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I made a test downloading PDF reports but did not encounter any issues and was able to download all reports. Could you share with us the steps that you are taking when downloading your PDFs?

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.
