Jotform Smart PDF Forms make it easy to download your Original PDF document with submission data already filled in. This allows you to keep a copy of completed submissions in the same format as your original PDF form.
You can download Original PDFs from either Jotform Tables or Jotform Inbox, depending on where you’re viewing your submissions.
Downloading the Original PDF in Tables
You can download your Original PDF document directly from Jotform Tables with the submission data already filled in. Here’s how:
- In Tables, on the upper-right side of the page, click on Download All.
- Now, in the menu that opens, select Download as PDF, and you’re done.
The Original PDF document will be generated using the selected submission data. If you only want to download certain entries instead of all entries, see our guide on Download Specific Form Entries in Tables.
Downloading the Original PDF in Inbox
Original PDF documents can also be downloaded directly from Jotform Inbox. Here’s the quick way to do it:
- In Jotform Inbox, on the left side of the page, click on the Three Dots icon on the right side of the Inbox tab.
- Then, in the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Download All.
- Now, select Download as PDF, and click on Original PDFs Filled, and you’re good to go.

Note
When downloading multiple entries as PDFs, Jotform generates a ZIP file containing all selected PDFs and sends a download link to your email address. When downloading a single entry, the PDF is downloaded directly to your device.

When i use the URL below to download the PDF file:

The pdf filevisbin simple format. I want the pdf file to be filled with data i have input and in the exact format of my original pdf I passed to jotform via smart form. I read pdf converter end point can do this but when I try to call this api endpoint, I get msg You're not authorized to use (/pdf-converter-id-fill-pdf). I have check my api key has filled access and unchecked required login to see submission. Please advise what else I need to do.
