Jotform Smart PDF Forms allows you to convert your existing PDF form to an online form. The responses you collect through the online form will automatically populate the original PDF.
In this guide, we’ll walk through downloading the submissions into the original PDF.
Tables
On the My Forms page, select your form and click the Submissions button at the top.

If you want to download all submissions, click the Download All button > choose Download as PDF > click the Original PDF option.

If you haven’t created any additional PDFs through the PDF Editor, the only option you will see is Download as PDF. Click that option to download the original PDF populated with your form submissions.
Next, the following popup will appear, telling you that the system is preparing the PDF. You can close it and wait for the system to send you an email with a link to the zipped file.

This may take a while depending on the number of submissions to the form.
To download an individual submission, click the vertical ellipsis (kebab menu) > click the Download option > Download as PDF > Original PDF. The original PDF should download right away.

Inbox
You can also download the original PDF from your Inbox. Go to My Forms, select the form, and click Inbox.

Hover over the Download All button at the top right side of the page. You can click Original PDFs Filled or Download as PDF > Original PDF.

The system will prepare the PDF and send the download link via email.
To download individual submissions, select the submissions in the menu on the left, click the vertical ellipsis or the arrow, and choose the Original PDFs Filled option.

how do I automatically save these PDF forms to Google Drive?
It doesn't allow both form PDF and invoice PDF attachments. please help
At time of writing, I am unable to download PDF
