Submit button not always displaying on mobile devices

My form displays OK on a PC but on a mobile device the Submit button often does not display, especially with the device in “portrait” view.

I have tried increasing the height of the iframe in the code but this does not help the display on a phone or tablet and leaves too much space after the form when viewed on a PC.

I have looked through other answers but cannot find anything which helps.

I should add that I used Kompozer and tables to build my website so I am not a programmer but I am able to tinker with the source code where necessary.

I hope you can help me please.  Thanks

    Hi Rob,

I see what is the problem.

The issue here is that the part of the element where you have added the jotform is hiding part of the jotform.

What I would suggest is to add this to your page:

    <iframe frameborder="0" scrolling="yes" style="border: medium none ; width: 100%; height: 1500px;" src="http://www.jotform.me/form/81204648818">

This would allow you to not have to change anything on your website except setting the scrolling to 'yes' instead of 'no'.

Do let us know how it goes and if you have any further questions.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

    Hi Ben

That's brilliant thank you.  The whole form, including the "Send" button now shows on both my Samsung phone and tablet and in both portrait and landscape.  The "Send" button appears to have stretched itself to full width for some reason but I am not too worried about that.

I haven't seen the form on iphone or ipad yet but am confident it will be OK.

    Many many thanks

    Rob

    Hi Rob,

You are welcome. I am glad to hear that it is working.

Now the reason why it stretches is that it has CSS that makes it bigger if on a mobile device. This is made so that smaller devices are still showing a button that is easy to click on.

If you want however, we can help you to make it smaller?

Feel free to let us know if you notice any further issues.

    Best Regards,
    Ben

I have the same problem with my form in lightbox on mobile - no submit button showing.  How do I set the embedded lightbox code to "scrolling=yes"?

    Thank you!
