Though we do not currently offer phone based support. We can help you with whatever you need here. I did some looking in to accounts associated with your email address and IP address and I was only able to find "Guest" accounts with no forms. Is there another email address you may have used to sign up for your account? Also, if you know the URL to any of the forms associated with the account or any web pages with one of your forms embedded, we can find out the account associated with those forms.
