    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm so sorry but can you explain a bit more about your concern so I can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve? Are you wanted to add a QR Code Reader widget to your input form? If yes, you can add the QR Code Reader widget on the form by going to the widgets tab of the Form Elements and searching for it.

    As for your other concern on sending SN to the Configurable list widget new row. Can you explain a bit more about your concern so I can get a better idea of what you are trying to achieve?
