Form not on website anymore?

    Is the whole site down? I was getting a "502 Bad Gateway" earlier, I can access my form if I switch to jotform.net. What's going on?

    Hello Dave,

    Because of the recent attack to our servers, we had to move our website to another provider. The unfortunate thing is that we have not secured an SSL certificate with that provider yet.

    I went to "source code" today and copied the code and it worked.  It was different than the one you gave me above. It started with http://form.jotform.com/
