How to identify the page where JotForm was used

Asked by panziowebsite on October 17, 2014 at 07:31 PM

Hi, unfortunatelly I can't get the text instead of "google" I just get numbers in order (1,2,3). Why is it? I would like to identify my pages with a choosen name.

This is a re-post of a comment on How to Know which Page or Form the Submission Came From

We apologize for the mistake on the guide  https://www.jotform.com/help/84-How-to-Use-a-Single-Form-in-Multiple-Sites. I just noticed the mistake when you reported here. I am going to correct it later on the user guide.

The 'website' field was NOT suppose to be the Unique ID field as stated

It should be the Hidden Box widget/field instead

Please correct this on your jotform. The steps on should still be the same and the part that is different is the correct widget to use as the hidden field.

Hope this help. Please tell us if you need further assistance.
