There must be a misunderstanding here, but may I inquire if you were referring to your JotForm email account password?
I did search if you have existing account to us, but I found none so far.
Please understand that we also do NOT know your email account password.
Your account email password should be confidential and secure. You should be the only one to know it.
If you are referring to a JotForm account email password we do not know and do not have access to that.
You can reset your jotform account password (if you have JotForm account) by using the 'Forgot Password' link in the login page https://www.jotform.com/login
