Submissions: Recieving blank jotforms?

    Hi,

     

    Recently we noted that forms came in totally blanc. And we checked with the customer and they confirmed to have completed the form with all the required information. This client uses Internet explorer. Is there anyway to prevent this from happening because we received already 6 blank forms, and this cost us customers.

     

    Please do check what is wrong.

    I see you are having trouble with receiving blank jotforms after someone has filled in the information?

    Is this happening in just the email notification for the jotform that has been sent to you? If so then please check your email notification set up to make sure that it has the necessary form field tags to collect the data to send you.

    Additionally, please also check your submission viewer to see if any of the data is missing there too.

    If you get confused or continue to have further problems with this then please tell us what form you are having this issue with so we can check it.

    Hi,

    Its blanc in both the notification as online, this morning another form came in blanc. Its the form Kookparty Offerte, can you please check whats going on, we lose potential customers with this, nr 6 so far!

    Hi,

    As my colleague mentioned, have you check the submission viewer? I've checked your account and the form Kookparty Offerte, it seems to work fine in my end and also I viewed the submission report and I think all are filled correctly?

    You can view the submission here:

    1. Go to My Forms->Choose a form->Click Submissions

     

    2. Scroll down and you will see a list of all the submissions done.

     

    Let us know if your are still having problems. And if I may ask, can you provide us a screenshot of the problem, that would help us.
