I am not able to submit forms or access my account. Is the site down?

As we see there is no issue with JotForm servers and everything seems to be working fine. I see that your account is active and shared with other user forms. Do you see any error message while submitting the forms or accessing your JotForm account? This would help us in investigating the issue.
